Service that makes no sens

I cant believe this, This is so overwhelming i cant even type - Nedbank control my Debit order but on n account im published in my score im in arrears but im not everything is paid but change of date that was communicated now is in arrears, I had so high value for Nedbank dis has totally shocked me to my core and cold shoulder they produced - its excuse after excuse - i even went to a branch to sort - branch level i was not even helped - i was shown away - What happend to Nedbank - I will take this all the way i can - and im sure Nedbank will now decrease my score even more - Shame on you, sis its nasty really it is
