Service sucks!!!

So I went into the branch to make a deposit and the lady who assisted me from the info desk does not mention that I must sit at a relevant spot where I will walk in.So I see people that came in before me walk there and I go around ask as to how does it work . The way they are so relaxed it’s as if they don’t care about their customers. Mxm they just rude nje!!!
