service sucks

<p>Today I went to Protea mall nedbank not protea gardens. I have never got such a sucking service. There is 1 queue for deposit ; withdrawal and customer enqueries. I was standing on the queue for more than an hour before I could get service. I'm so disappointed in nedbank that was not the service I was expecting. </p> <p>The manager does nt care about customers. I don't c myself banking with nedbank after what I have experienced today </p>
