Service sucks
I have gone to the Doornfontein branch in February 2018 on 54 Siemert Road to not be a nedbank account holder anymore, yet I'm receiving texts from them, cancel my account please! I even contacted the customer service and I was told the manager will contact me and nothing, as well as emails about the account I canceled
