service not good

I registered online for company on the 20th of September and did the application payment on the 1st of October and send the proof of payment through to cipc . every time when I called Nedbank they kept on telling me that its still not processed its still waiting for the name reservation. its so frustrating to be dealing with one thing for 3 months that can possible take 7 days to be done .words cant describe how disappointed i am with the service received.
