Been having a few issues with my hub card controlled by nedbank. Almost a year still not resolved. Finally spoke to a useless IMBECILE OF A SUPERVISOR KHANYISO at call centre over 3 weeks ago. Didn't even bother calling me back saying it would be resolved in 2 days. Laid an official complaint got referred to another useless IMBECILE OLIVIA MIKE whose DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. CALL CENTRE STAFF ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND UNKNOWLEDGEBLE.!!! TWO REF NUMBERS GIVEN ***2 & ***. MATTER stlll being investigated over 3 weeks like it's of national importance!!!!!!!!
