Service levels are always consistent

I always frequent this branch because its smaller and more efficient compared to Promenade or Town Centre. I have to compliment the service received by the teller and enquiry staff - I cant recall all of their names but Abdurouf and the lady she is short tanned complexion.<br> <br> Whenever I do my monthly or forth weekly banking I find that the queues moves quick due to enquiries being done in the queue to determine if you in the correct queue or if you can be directed to the machine outside. Further to this I have witnessed numerous times how older frail clients especially on Sassa days are given preferential treatment, these people really care about their clients.<br> <br> Keep being efficient at what you do.
