service is Pathetic

I have a personal loan with nedbank that ran into areas and my account was given over to Maodi attorneys for collection, needless to say that there is no service from the company I have been trying to close or rather pay up the account with no luck, I finally decided to go and see these faceless people myself to find out why they don't keep to their promises I was assisted by Jaft a who I must say really tried but his manager Gosiame never gets back to 1 well went to c Gosiame myself sat in his office for 3 hours discussing the way forward needless to say they deducted my account as per agreement but now that I want my settlement Gosiame tells me that the offer has expired, he would have phoned me back a week ago I'm still waiting I have sent dozens of email no reply phoned his busy....<br> This really comes across as a company that wants u to owe them for life....<br> so Nedbank I'm your client and if u want me to pay u forever just say.<br> I'm begging please just move my account to a different collection dept where service is set above everything else or get Gosiame Maodi of Maodi attorneys to keep his word and to give the service that I as your customer deserves <br> waiting feedback.....
