service is disgusting

it is disgusting that nedbank has so many fantastic adverts on sabc<br> both radio and tv<br> but you cannot afford to employ staff<br> standing in the que at a teller for a simple transaction.one hour later much to the distaste of many clients.i walked out.there were no service staff walking around to inform us if the machines or the unfriendly tellers had a problem.your stff dont even say hello or smile.why is it because they too lazy or feel they owe the customers a favour.<br> dont advertise if you dont deliver what you promise because that is literlly wrong and false advertising.i wil never walk into a nedbank ever again
