*********** service from Nedbank Brooklyn branch

Invested money in 2different Nedbank group investment accounts 5years ago. Accounts were opened at the Nedbank Brooklyn branch. On the 20th of January 2024 we (together with signatories of our group) went to the Brooklyn Nedbank branch to put in Notice of the withdrawal from both accounts. It has been a big circus to get the withdrawal. Signatories had to return to the bank a week later. The first withdrawal was made after much back and forth with Nedbank personnel and complaints from our group member. The second withdrawal was supposed to be received into our Nedbank savings account on the 22February 2024 (which is 32days notice from 20January2024). Today is 1st March 2024 and we have not received the cash or a date when we will receive the cash. A formal complaint was lodged with Nedbank client services. But we are not happy at all regarding the Nedbank service and process.
