**** service from Nedbank

On the 22nd of August 2021, I transferred R5K from my Absa account to my Nedbank business account. The money went off my Absa account but for some reason, the money never cleared off or reflected on my Nedbank account.

Absa has provided all the necessary proof, showing that the money had gone off my Absa. Nedbank has been working on this for over a month now and they still cannot find my money.

It's been excuses after excuses, I still do not have my money. I really want this resolved as I need my money.
