Service Excellence is poor

I am very disappointed with my query not being attended or being able to assisted. I deposited R1000.00 into my account and received an sms immediately. I bank with Nedbank and very disappointed, today my balance on the Nedbank App is not the same with what reflects on sms. The transactions of yesterday are not reflecting on the Nedbank App. The call agent I spoke to advised there is pending authorization, pending authorization of what which is not reflecting on the Nedbank app. I am left with unanswered questions but they all about Service Excellence. This is really disappointing a whole R673. 47 is deducted off my account how which they not advising.
