Service disappointment

Deposited funds at Nedbank ATM (ATM Number: K819). ATM malfunctioned with error stating equipment failure. Reported incident to the bank the next morning and was told I will not receive any feedback or a proof of payment for the transaction. Was also advised that I can't follow up on the reference number (976025). Pathetic reaction to failed equipment.
