Service delivery was horrible

I am so disappointed with Nedbank, I recently went to apply for credit at the Durban Overport branch, I agreed to all the terms of the credit and signed the agreement, then a different amount got paid into my account. When I enquired I didn’t get a proper explanation until the consultant told me that it was his mistake (as he was pre occupied during the time he was assisting me). I then reversed the funds back as this wasn’t the amount I signed or had requested. Now they are failing to clear up this account on my name, it’s even showing on my credit bureau. I’ve asked the consultant for the clearance letter and still nothing. Never experienced such bad client service in my entire life.
