Service!!!!!!!!

I have a tax free investment with Nedgroup. I had 3 of the same funds, so i requested that they merge them and make them 1. When they processed this instructions they processed it as transfer of ownership and not a switch. so now its reflects as as additional contribution in the 1 fund and and withdrawal from the other fund. I have liaised with nedgroup from the 03/09/2019 .They advised that its just reflecting that way for reporting purposes. I have tried explaining that although the system reports it that way,its basically incorrect, how can switch be a transfer of ownership. Nobody seems to understand or wants to fix the issue. I'm annoyed and frustrated because it as simple fix on their side, not to mention the fact that i had 3 of the same funds is no fault of mine.The way its reflecting at this moment in time is it also messes with my annual contribution.
