Service at Nedbank is pathetic.

I have been a client over 15 years with Nedbank. It's the first time i have received terrible service from them . I logged a call on their online service hoping that I would not have to take this route however it seems they really dont take their clients seriously anymore. I really held them as a prestigious bank but it seems it's time to move banks.
