Service at Nedbank East Rand

I'm logging in a complaint about a certain consultant named Linda at Nedbank East Rand mall as I got her name from her name jacket she was obnoxious and rude towards me as I was on my phone in the bank doing work related things , there's no law displayed anywhere in the bank that states that I'm not allowed as a client to be on my phone when making a deposit she was reprimanding me as if I was a child which I did not appreciate when she could have advised me that it's ideal not to be on my phone while making a deposit to the consultant to make sure that everything that is being deposited is accordingly.
