Service at its lowest

Nedbank oribi plaza. Pathetic service. Just spent millions aesthetically re doing the facade and yet the service is as old and outdated as ever. The manager should spend less time in her office and walk around seeing what her branch looks like and whats upsetting clients. Im disgusted and enraged.
