Service at branch / lack Off

Went to the Nedbank Branch at the Highveld Mall on 22/12/15 only to find that there were signs up to say the branch was closed due to the network being down and that another branch must be used. Being a person that uses computers i know there are things that can be done when the system is down so this is not an excuse. Then to say to just go to another branch inconveniences the clients that have urgent business. Then when i was there i tried to get the attention of on of the staff only to be laughed at. Must i still bank at Nedbank?
