**** service and very annoying

Can someone from Nedbank explain to me why you keep on cancelling my debit order?

After two months you cancel the debit order mandate, I have to arrange with you guys to debit my account every after two months and in September I was promised it will not cancel so now you guys didn't debit now it's my ****en problem I have deal with your annoying sms and threatening emails too.

I'm on maternity leave I should be enjoying my baby not worrying why you didn't debit this is your problem, I called my bank and they advised they don't cancel debit order mandate without my permission so since I've never instructed them so clearly the problem is on your side. I honestly dont have time for this nonsense because I have given permission that Nedbank to debit my accout and you are failing to do so and this is becoming problem. Please dont even try debit ill make the payments myself because you are useless in doing it yourself. Your service is dropping I have never had issues with Nedbank like how the **** do you cancel a debit order when im still owing and no instructions from my side said you must stop. This is annoying because now I'm a month behind as you did not debit and you are ****ing up my credit profile and if you list me I won't be able to return to work so stop with your bull**** of sms and emails threatening me for your ****ed systems that keeps on canceling my debit order mandate and sort your selfout. I don't have time for this nonsense as I have tried the whole year to resolve this issues and yet you still cancelling my debit order.
