Service against all odds

Desiree Snyman at the Table View branch saved me tons of time and she was very supportive when she helped me to open business accounts. Despite being under enormous pressure with FICA responsibilities and very demanding customers she studiously walked me through all that needed to be done and showed enormous patience with me when I messed up my account activation.

While sitting in her office she gracefully dealt with a disgustingly abusive customer and it reminded me just how difficult work in the service industry is. People like Desiree are everyday heroes and I salute her for her dedication!
