Trying to apply for a credit card - when after 5 days they get back to you saying there is a backlog. After that the final stage is to verify documents, where if I try and upload it on the mobile app or online banking they keep giving me errors. When I phoned them I've been advised the matter has been escalated 3 times, just to hear for the 4th time it has never been escalated. Just the manner of how each consultant / employee has a different answer when you contact them is quite frustrating. So after all its just waiting day after day to get a final answer.
