Service ?

<p>I approached Nedbank for a top up loan on my current loan. Submitted online and had to go to the nearest branch. Everything was submitted on Saturday the 23 rd of June at the branch Key west shooping centre, a week passed nothing ? I eventually got a call from head office call centre loans asking me few quietions for security that was done. A few days passed nothing i phoned in again now there seems to be problem with the confirmation of employment. Thats done. Few days passed nothing, i phoned again now there seems to be a problem with my pay slips and bank statement. I now asked this consultant to please give me the contact details of the person handling my pending application she gave me a name by Zodwa Mabaso, i thought let me send her directly the 2 pays lips and statement as requested. Wow ? What a mistake, she replies and tells me its totally unacceptable that they give out her details to the client, i have this email in my inbox. Ok so let me understand shes more worried about that then helping the client? In the branch at key west i had no luck at all, though I've tried. The real sad part of it all is i have an existing loan and 6 years ago i had a loan paid in full. Means i am a loyal client to Nedbank and this is the way the treat me. Bit disappointed but hey theres more than one bank in SA. Oh and i will make sure people here this...</p> <p>If i did not qualify for a loan they should have told me straight ! The loan was approved as i know that i am not listed for bad credit under any credit bureaus as I've checked on that already.</p> <p>Where is your service going Nedbank ?</p>
