Woodlands Branch - Pathetic service. Been waiting since 11.40 - It is now 13.30 - no assitance. 2 x cashiers on duty and bank is full of customers waiting to be assisted. Apparently, the cashiers have taken tea - for 1 hour? No urgency. Very bad attitude. Pathetic. Cannot wait to never having to come back herr and move my business to Capitef
