It is absolutely unbelievable the lack of efficiency at Mall of the South, just to pick up a card. A simple thing, however not for African run staff. Taking 1 hour per client, two tellers doing ****** all behind the glass, moving around like headless chickens. So, one needs to take one day leave to fetch a f'ing card.
