Service

Waiting in queue to collect a card. No one before me in the queue. After waiting 10 min and by number not being called, I was 5old it does not work according to service and it is timebased. Why the hell are they then issueing tickets according to service. Being no 1 in queue means less than nothing. Was told I will be helped within an hour
