Nedbank does not understand what customer service means..... but the a fish rots from the head

They don't take you money seriously, they seriously take your money

Had personal loan with Nedbank which they wouldn't close and the balance went from R60 to R270 over two months which I eventually paid to get them out of my life.

Similarly I paid off my credit card and received a letter confirming that it is closed, just to receive a statement indicating that I still owe them R391.

Closed my professional banking account together with all my other accounts.

Nedbank will never respond to HelloPeter complaints. They are too arrogant for that.

As i said earlier in this - A fish rots from the head - and Nedbank will continue to lose market share without Mike even blinking an eye
