SERIOUSLY DAM TAKING THIS UP. SICK AND TIRED

So i asked for a statement today from my bank , and i found a 249 taken off my account from one of my old accounts that has been paid up already. so then i called the bank and asked them to reserve it, the lady told me there is 30 days on the phone with the call center and she doesn't know how many days if i go to the bank this is my money, and i would like it back into my account. confirmed with the banks oundman's they said its 40 to 45 days. this not fair.
