SERIOUS offence by nedbank personal in Newcastle Mall Nedbank branch

I want to report a serious offence by Nedbank counter personal in Newcastle Mall branch.

I went to the branch at 09:43am 23July to deposit two cheques:

First cheque: Pay Cash 10000 to my account
Second cheque: Pay Cash 10000 to my account

The deposit slip is correctly filled by me, however the banker
personel put R2000 deposit into my account. If I haven't looked at the
receipt and double checked the amount, my money would be gone. She
wants to eat my other R18000 in her own pocket. All the proof is in my
sms and my deposit slip.

The lady should be locked up in jail!

Update 2016/07/26
Nedbank was fast in contacting me, but I still believe the banker must be punished.
Because:
1. The deposit slip is furnished correctly by me. Each cheque has alphnumeric and numbers to state it's ten thousand rands.
2. A banker that is so experienced, who worked there for many years, still makes this mistake, is very foolish...
3. What if another person wants to deposit cheque of One hundred thousand rands only, but she "mistake" and deposit Ten thousand rand into my account, which is short of Ninety Thousand rand. This is a big error and this banker likes to do it agian because she needs more coffee in the morning...
4. My boss, who is in business for 30 years, never had this problem before and his bank is ABSA. So what is the problem with this banker in Nedbank? Eye problems? Need new glasses?
I don't know why...
