Series of errors from Nedbank

Unfortunately, I am forced to write this review after a series of errors from Nedbank. Firstly, there are always issues with the online banking platform. Either it's crashing, or something similar. Funnily enough; there are always new ads that come up. Perhaps consider worrying less about appearances and make the platform user-friendly. Secondly, made an instant (URGENT) payment a few weeks ago. It only arrived four days later. Wasted the whole day calling to find out where the money was. Absolute joke. Thirdly, I now cannot make payments for some reason. I pay for a service each month - the most fundamental thing is to make payments. Keep calling and no one actually does anything to assist. But Nedbank is always accurate when it comes to charging its customers. Well done - you are becoming something of a joke.
