*********** SENIOR STAFF at NEDBANK

In May 2023 I noticed my acc had a block ie Temporary Restriction. Since then its been nothing short of a nightmare. I have sent so many queries requesting what is going on with my account. Ie visits to the branch every division of Nedbank. Managers, App assistance etc. Emails rec of the various depts of a explanation and solution. I after 2 months was referred to a lady named SAMANTHA who would be attending and resolving my problem. Well despite several attempts to contact this Senior person i am still where i was 2 months ago as i did not receive any contact from her. Its an absolute disgrace that i to this day more than 2 months later find myself without any assistance or explanation. Absolute INCOMPETENCE.
