Senior citizens get no respect or help

Nedbank is absolutely appalling. Your treatment of my mother, a senior citizen is disrespectful and appalling. There is no damn reason you cant transfer her investments to another bank. Looking for poor excuses. Then you promise a bank cheque the next day. Now you tell her this still isnt possible. You are forcing a 74 year old woman to wait hours in your bank to achieve nothing.
