<p>I paid my loan account in full on the 22 May 2017. Phoned the call centre told them to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT and to send me PROOF that it's now uptodate and closed. Was informed that it takes a few days, but the lady will send me proof shortly to my email address. Today is the 20th of June and to-date, I have yet to receive ANY proof as discussed. <br /> <br /> Kindly forward me the proof of the loan account that’s closed and up todate.</p> <p>Thank you</p>
