Send Imali - Poor service

I’m disappointed by Nedbank. Someone sent me send imali but whenever I try to generate another pin I never get an sms. I’ve been on the call with different consultants and none of them can assist. Even went to their branch but still no help. Nedbank must learn from Fnb ewallet. Send imali is ridiculous, I need money more than ever and I get this *******.
