Send-imali NOT received - Funds show as being withdrawn yet NO cash was received at ATM
I used the Send-imali service on Tuesday 5 December and my mother went to the BP King William's Town ATM to retrieve and it showed as balance 0 - not dispensing any notes. To date this has not been resolved.
