Send Imali nightmare

I used send Imali 20 September 2021 the person lost the cell phone. contacted the banks explain what had happen. Was told the money will reflect on my account within 30 days. 20 October 2021 still no money. You get different reasons every time you call to followup. Now there an investigation for what i do not know since the was no attempt to withdraw. Banks are the biggest ********
