Send imali nightmare

How does this send imali thing work? I was sent a send imali on Wednesday l went to the atm to withdraw today otp had expired i tried to retrieve another one but it says i have no send imali n the sender hasn't received the money as well please help as soon as possible because i need the money urgently.
