Send imali

On the 24 of Dec 2021 I send money using send imali, the who I was sending money to never received it, she went to Stanger branch they couldn’t assist her, I have Called Nedbank customer care numerous times they are unable to assist me they kept changing stores about the money. I am stuck I am not sure if would I ever receive my money.
