The Sending someone money has never been this difficult. Instead of a smooth sailing for someone to just receive the code and use it to withdraw the cash send sent to you, It actually ass you if you want to open a mobi money account. This is the worst experience everyone goes through because now some people who are not that technically advanced just press whatever to get the money and trust me the Nedbank Mobi money is the worst. I sent my friend a Send Imali. Which he just needs to send him a pin and he uses his number to withdraw at an ATM instead again this money went to the Mobi money. its been 7 days and my friend hasn't got the money yet. Really poor and not friendly to everyone.
