Send-iMali a complete failure
Nedbank has the worst systems. I recieved a Nedbank Send-iMali on Tuesday 26/11/2019 at 7:51 am. On the text that I recieved it stated that the OTP expires within 48 hours. And that if I want a new OTP I should dial *120*001# once ut has expired. Today Thursday 28/11/2019 at 7:58 am I recieved a text that says if I don't withdraw the money by today it will be send back to the sender. I then try to create a pin to withdraw the money, to my surprise the money has been reversed. Why does Nedbank not state on the initial text that the money will be sent back within 48 hours. I called the nedbank call center and the call center agent said the money expires within 48 hours. This is so misleading, because they do not communicate this . This whole Send-iMali defeates the whole purpose of convenience and ease of accessing money. They have failed. I'm very disappointed.
