Send imali

<p>I'm a member of nedbank I recently made a transfer via their app called send imali I accidentally made a mistake when sending money, the number I was sending money to is 078 but instead I entered 073 and money to wrong person immediately I called nedbank help line, customer service and even went to the branch but unfortunately they couldn't help me to stop or reverse the transaction.</p> <p>I fail to understand how can they create an app they can't have control on it even today I went to branch still I can't be help I was told I should hope that the person money accidentally went don't withdraw it, it will return after 7 days I find it so stupid. The painful part is that my daughter was sick I couldn't be there on time so thought it's convenient to use it.</p>
