Send iMali

Last week Thursday, I went to Parktown's nedbank branch to withdraw the money that a friend has sent me. I got to the ATM, I entered my cellphone number and the Pin, as I was waiting for the money to come out, the electircity switched off. I went inside the bank to ask for assistance, I was told to change the pin by dialing *120*..., I did and the balance showed ZERO. The guy from the bank told me to phone the call centre - and I couldnt at that time as I was rushing to pick up my son from school and I was writting an exam at 17:00.

Today I am phoning the customer care centre, I am told to back to the branch, the people at the branch were supposed to phone the ATM people (whatever that means). I mean relaly NEDBANK... Where do we get the time to be running around, from pillar to post?

All I want to know is - will I ever get the money or will the money ever be transfereb back into my friend's account? OR will the person doing the balancing of ATM's be richer by few hundreds that were never claimed back or returned to their owners...

Please advice me.
