Send i-Mali but never get it
I am disgusted at how stupid Nedbank set up this i-Mali system.
At first -and in principle- it is a marvelous idea, until someone sends money to your phone that is NOT in a R50 multiple, then you are *****ed.
R670 much needed rand was sent to my phone on Thursday, and I have spent R50 on fuel driving to 7 different ATM sites and trying 12 different machines in total to try and withdraw it just to find that no Nedbank ATM in Alberton City, Eastgate, Parkmeadows, Kensington, Bedford Centre, Lambton or Malvern has a R20 note in it.... how ****** stupid can you set up a system to allow people to send value in a R20 or R10 denomination and then you don't bother to load the ATMs with those denominations!!! Why don't you just restrict it to only send money in 50's or you can allow the user to withdraw part of the value then???? The sender and receiver is now out of pocket for a full week... Now I have no money and no petrol to go to work, Thanks Nedbank... Most awful failure in logic and system set up that I have seen in ages. Damn shameful. Worst part is you pay to use this useless service.
