Selfish, poor, arrogant service from Verenia, Nedbank Bluff

I would like to extend my dissapointment regarding a Nedbank Banker by the name of Verenia at the Bluff , durban branch . The uneficient, poor service we have received from her and her team. On the 27th December we submitted documents for the distribution of our funds to 14 stokfel members.. It is with great sadness that up to date, We have not received the funds after 10 days.. When we query with the branch we are advised that Verenia is on leave, and they cant process anything untill she comes back.. Regardless we have provided them with another copy of submited documents.. As Basadi stokfel account , we are deeply saddened and bitter by the selfish, poor service we have received from the team of bankers..
