Security bridge on account by Nedbank staff

From June 2022 I have started getting debit orders from my account for Cell C,,I didn't not sign any documents nor do online authorization for any Cell C debit order, but suddenly there is debit order on my account. I need investigation as to who authorized debit order from my account without my knowledge.

This is a serious security Bridge, that debit orders are authorized from our accounts without our knowledge.
