*****ed by Nedbank, Hanekom Batchelors & CK Trust

I put an Offer to Purchase for property for a Nedbank owned property in May 2014. The occupation certificate was issued for January 2015 thereafter the developer was declared bankruptcy and the development of the property stopped. I have already a deposit of R80 000 and I cannot receive that money back to make matters worse I am hopping from one to another in order to get a place to leave. When I contact the appointed attorney Hanekom Batchelors they inform me to contact the appointed trustees CK Trust, who I cannot get hold at all.To make matters worse when they do respond they inform that they do not know when the occupation would be and they cannot pay the deposit back because they take instructions from Nedbank. Now what I want to know is who does Nedbank take instructions from because this is suppose to be my first home but it has turned out to be my first nightmare.
