Scare tactics and ************ of women!

I am a Nedbank MFC client and fallen behind on my car installments by 3 months. I have during this time been in communication with the bank and the subsequent debt collection company they have handed me over too. I have expressed that I am willing to make an arrangement to for the arrears and have been making my regular installments in the meantime. The debt collectors have informed that they are not interested in making an arrangement and want either the full payment or to take the car. I have been threatened by the debt collectors (over WhatsApp voice notes which are in my possession) that if I do not sign the VOLUNTARY surrender I will be followed around. I did ask whether the idea is to follow me around and coerce/bully me into signing the surrender because there are legal ways to retain possession of the car if they are not interested in making arrangements. Low and behold, I was followed around this morning by a 2 Afrikaans men while dropping my child off at school, only to tell me they are here to collect my car. No court order and basically tried to force me to sign the voluntary surrender. I have been an mfc client for 5 years and it is so saddening to be treated and hunted down like a common ********, while in constant communication and trying to reach a resolve with the bank.
