I have ran out of options. Nedbank has been saying we are not paying our homeloan for months and we've been doing so. I have been to their branch on various occasion and spent thousands on phone calls with them and the better part of my days on hold trying to sort it out, only to receive a sheriff's letter today.

They are ******** and their consultants never call you back. They have no support and you can never speak to anyone who gives you a straight answer.

We are hoping the NCR can assist us and even help us sue them for the pain and stress they've caused.

Please correct this Nedbank, your incompetence is affecting our lives negatively.
