My sister has been banking with nedbank since 2008 and she never experienced problems. January Nedbank opened OD facility without her knowledge, the OD was utilized by the fees. March 2023 She received a salary after 6 months of unemployment and all her money was debited. While trying to resolve the issue at the branch, amount of R40 was debited 16 times in one day that's total of R640. I will personally drag her to Nedbank and insure that acount is closed.
