Horrible service from nedbank Mthatha Mall!

R2000 went missing from my account and when I tried to get assistance from nedbank I was assisted by a rude lady who was more concerned about going home than actually doing her job.

I still have proof of the sms notification of the money however and all I needed was someone who could explain to me what happened to my R2000 last month !

I’ve been using this bank for so many years now but the service at Mthatha Mall nedbank is horrible ! And I feel ****med by nedbank !
